So Cultured Community today i decided to talk about something that near and dear to my heart…..The Watch. Now when it comes to watches there are a lot of “flavors” to choose from. I like to put them in categories based on there functionality and what you can wear them with. You have the Sport, the Casual, The Formal, and the Club. Now as a man it is a must that you have more than one watch, but not just quantity but also style. You don’t want to be called to a formal event and you only have G-Shock’s to choose from. And Down Goes Ortiz!
Across the social media world the news is buzzing over Floyd “Money” Mayweather’s victory over his opponent “Vicious” Victor Ortiz. Some may say Mayweather cheated and hit the young fighter while he was unprepared. Others will argue that this is boxing and the first rule is stay protected at all times. Me on the other hand will say that Ortiz got what he had coming to him. Through the entire fight Ortiz was continuously hitting Mayweather in back of the head and then the cowardly move of a blatant head but in the 4th round. So was the young fighter not ready YES, Did “Money” give him a cheap shot NO. The fight had restarted and Mayweather showed no mercy on the young fighter. So to the Champion Floyd “Money” Mayweather CHEERS from me 42-0 is a great accomplishment and now there’s only one more thing to do. Manny “Pac-Man” Pacquiao!!!!

Pick A Foam Any Foam
So over the last 2 years Nike has released their patented Nike Foamposites in a various colors. So today I decided to talk about my favorite foam. It may come to a surprise to my fellow sneaker heads but my favorite foam is the “Copper Foams”.
Now don’t get me wrong nothing beats the Original “Royal Blues” but it’s just something about putting on those metallic Copper foams that just speaks to me. And fellas don’t try to match the coppers too much. There’s no need to wear and black and copper shirt with black and copper sneakers. Burgundies, Yellows, Browns and Dark Blues, Will work, but that’s only if you want to step out the box a little. All in all the coppers are a great sneaker and a challenge to wear but once you have the right elements you will be able to Crush any outfit you put together with them. Never Forget
9/11 where do I begin? I was in 8th grade during math class when my teacher Ms O’Conner started bursting into tears because the first tower had just fallen. To me as a kid I never really understood why she was crying, I mean she didn’t know anyone that was in the towers (thank God). But as I got older and watching the videos over and over again I realized that this was a tragedy beyond what anyone in the US had experienced. This was the second attack by a foreign country on US soil (the first being Pearl Harbor ) but this was the first to actually reach the main land. For once the US felt vulnerable, we became reachable and that fear still lives in Americans to this day. I still remember seeing the smoke in the sky, the sound of fire engines leaving the Bronx to rush to the city, and the scent of fear in the air. I even remember laying in my bed that night listening to the sound of army helicopters patrolling the sky’s in search for any further attacks.
10 years later we’re still here standing together to honor those who lost their lives in 9/11 and those who gave their lives to protect us in the ensuing war in Iraq. I am personally honoring 9/11 by wearing GoodWood NYC’s commemorative “Never Forget” bracelet. Only 150 were made and all proceeds Go to the “Twin Tower Orphan Fund” ( for more info click ~> Never Forget )
I for one will never forget the events that transpired on September 11th 2001. That’s an image that will forever be burned in my mind. Our condolences goes to the families of victims and soldiers that have lost their lives in the tragedy of 9/11. You are truly missed and will never be forgotten.
